SG: SBS Transit made more profit in 2014

As a result of increased ridership and increased train and bus fares, SBS Transit has posted a 27.8 % rise in the net profit for 2014. The firm said on Tuesday (10th of February) that it earned S$14.3 million in 2014, which is about S$3 million up from the S$11.2 million of 2013. Total revenue has increased as well, and the figures for 2014 put it at S$951 million.
