SG: Section of TPE closed

A section of the Tampines Expressway would temporarily closed to traffic tomorrow between 1-5am to enable a new overhead gantry sign to alert motorists about the widening of the TPE. The section that would be closed stretches from between Jalan Kayu and Sengkang East Road. According to Housing and Development Board (HDB), there would be lights, barricades and diversion signs to redirect traffic to alternative routes along Jalan Kayu, Sengkang West Way, and Sengkang East Road. HDB also recommends that motorists heading towards Tampines to use alternative routes.
