SG: Six injured in collision involving lorry and cab

A cab collided with a lorry on Saturday night along Mandai Road towards Woodlands Road, leaving 6 with injuries. The crash occurred at around 9:40pm, which saw all 6, 4 of which suffered from minor injuries, with the other 2, a 46 year old man and a 13 year old girl, complaining of chest pains and a spinal injury respectively. The cab was reported carrying a family of four Korean tourists leaving the Night Safari when their taxi collided with a lorry. The impact threw the 13 year old out of the cab, and she landed 5 metres away. The impact also caused the lorry to flip. Occupants in both vehicles were able to get out of the vehicles on their own and waited for assistance on the side of the road.
