Singapore fans embrace the F1 action
More than 300,000 attended this year's Singapore Grand Prix.

The Formula 1 Singapore Airlines Singapore Grand Prix 2025 recorded the second-highest crowd in its 16th year of running, and the highest attendance since 2023, when changes to the track were introduced. The home of Formula 1 night racing continues to deliver new heights in hospitality, while combining thrilling on and off track entertainment.
This year’s official attendance figure for the weekend is 300,641, which represents an increase of 11.7% over last year’s 269,072.

Changes were made to the iconic street circuit in 2023 due to the redevelopment of The Float at Marina Bay, which resulted in an overall capacity reduction. Since then, organiser Singapore GP Pte Ltd has introduced nine new grandstands and three additional hospitality facilities, Observe@3, Drivers’ Right, and Lounge+ to meet demand.
Attendees have also enjoyed brand new thematic lifestyle precincts, innovative entertainment programming, and an increase in food and beverage offerings to provide improved patron experience within the Circuit Park.

More than 60,000 fans also flowed to the Padang each night for headliners G-Dragon, Foo Fighters and Sir Elton John.
The sport’s governing body, the FIA, also recently renewed the event’s Certificate of Three-Star Level within the FIA Environmental Accreditation Framework.

The FIA report said, "SGP had continued to demonstrate their commitment to minimising the environmental footprint of the event, while making sure that they delivered a positive racing experience for patrons and the wider community."
The Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix will continue with another series of firsts in 2026, with the addition of a Sprint Race.
