Supercharging Network From CHARGE+ And XPENG Partnership Allows Charging Speeds Of Up To 480kW
At least 20 DC supercharging sites will be deployed across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.

Charge+ and XPENG have announced a partnership to develop a regional network of high-powered EV supercharging hubs in Southeast Asia. At least 20 DC charging sites will be built across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia, offering up to 480kW charging capacity. Using XPENG’s 5C Supercharging technology, compatible EVs can recharge from 10% to 80% in 12 minutes.

In the first phase, four supercharging hubs are already in place. They are located at Royal Square Novena and Downtown East in Singapore, KL Eco City in Kuala Lumpur and One Bangkok in Thailand. KL Eco City features six ultra-fast chargers with speeds up to 350kW DC, making it the fastest EV charging station in KL.

In the second phase, Charge+ and XPENG will expand their supercharging network within current markets and into new ones like Indonesia, targeting high-traffic spots such as malls, commercial hubs and highway rest areas. This builds on Charge+’s 5,000km EV charging highway across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam.

As part of the collaboration, XPENG owners will get three years of discounts on Charge+’s public chargers, with additional savings at XPENG–Charge+ supercharging hubs. By late 2025, the XPENG app will provide direct access to Charge+’s networks in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, with planned features including in-car integration and remote start/stop charging.
