Alfa Romeo last made headlines in Singapore mid last year when its previous distributor showcased a red hot Giulia GTAm, attracting curious stares even from petrolheads across the border. Convoys from Malaysian car clubs took advantage of recently-opened land borders back then to soak in what Singapore’s prime automotive belt had to offer. Alfa’s presence in Singapore since then had been rather muted till now…

Stellantis has announced Komoco Holdings Pte Ltd as its new official distributor of Alfa Romeo vehicles in Singapore. Alfa Romeo is a marque built on a noble legacy of Italian sportiness since 1910, and Komoco Holdings is proud to steer the Alfa Romeo business for the Italian brand in Singapore from April this year. Komoco Holdings is also the current importer for Stellantis’ Jeep brand vehicles in the country.

Komoco Holdings will soon open the doors of a new showroom and service centre at 1 Chang Charn Road. This new facility will house both Alfa Romeo and Jeep brands from the Stellantis portfolio under one roof.

Mr Teo Hock Seng, Executive Chairman of Komoco Holdings, said: “Alfa Romeo holds a special place in the hearts of car enthusiasts. It is a brand brimming with passion and a daring attitude that delivers unforgettable driving experiences. Alfa Romeos are cars that will perform and excite straight out of the box.”

“At Komoco, we pride ourselves in distributing brands that appeal to a wide range of clients. Alfa Romeo is all about the joy of driving, and Komoco is delighted to help these special cars find new homes in Singapore.”

Komoco Holdings will also be paying particular attention to the “Alfa Romeo tribe” - the brand’s enthusiasts in Singapore – by offering a packed calendar of engagement events and activities.

“We are pleased to appoint our partner Komoco Holdings as the new importer for Alfa Romeo in Singapore. I look forward to great success for Alfa Romeo here, given its storied history of Italian sportiness since 1910 and driving appeal. I’m confident Alfa Romeo vehicles will suit the passion of Singaporean car lovers seeking a visceral driving experience,” said Mr Christophe Musy, Head of ASEAN and General Distributors.”

“Adding the Alfa Romeo brand will strengthen the relationship we have with Komoco given the great performance they’ve already delivered with Jeep,” he added.
