There’s A New Mobile App For Volkswagen And Skoda Owners In Singapore

Volkswagen Group Singapore is relaunching the Volkswagen Life and Skoda Smart apps, which have been redesigned with a modern look and new features to improve the ownership experience for Volkswagen and Skoda car owners. These apps enable efficient management of vehicles, allowing users to schedule services, use service credits and redeem vouchers through a shared account.

Vehicle registration unlocks access to service credits and appointment bookings, with automated reminders to prevent missing essential service appointments and renewals. Users can also expect personalised offers and vouchers with a simple voucher redemption process.

New users will receive a 10% discount voucher for aftersales accessories or services.

The app also streamlines each service centre experience with a QR code check-in process for a hassle-free visit.

Miracle makeover

Volkswagen Group Singapore is offering a “Miracle Makeover” program for those wanting to give their car a fresh look. The program includes a full car respray in the same or different colour, minor bodywork repairs to factory standards and a five-year paint warranty. Prices start from S$2,800, and the promotion is valid from 1 December 2023 to 31 March 2024.

Grooming packages

VGS is providing a S$20 discount on all grooming packages for those who want a showroom finish for their cars without repainting. These packages include removing surface contaminants, tar and grime, polishing, paint protection, as well as interior cleaning and conditioning. Prices for the grooming packages start at S$168, and the offer is available from 1 December 2023 to 10 February 2024.

Embark on a worry-free journey

VGS is also offering a promotion to enhance year-end road trip preparations. Customers who service their vehicles will receive a free pre-travel inspection check. For those only seeking an inspection, a special rate of S$50 (previously S$128) is available. This offer is valid until 31 December 2023.

Extended assistance around the clock

VGS has extended its roadside assistance program to demonstrate its commitment to customer care beyond the warranty period. This program, which covers Volkswagen, Skoda, SEAT and CUPRA vehicles, originally included those under warranty and now includes post-warranty vehicles as well.
