Cycle & Carriage recently opened its doors of the Mercedes-Benz Aftersales operations to the media, highlighting how advanced technology, specialist skills and factory-certified processes ensure over 75,000 vehicles are serviced annually by 160+ technicians across three centres, all to global standards with a focus on personalised customer care.

The aftersales operations are conducted at Mercedes-Benz Centre. Media witnessed the Service Clinic, where certified technicians use preventive diagnostics, system checks and software updates to ensure peak vehicle performance. A highlight was the “Flying Doctor” expert assisting on complex cases, demonstrating advanced diagnostics, performance tuning and best practices in vehicle maintenance.

Media also toured the Mercedes-Benz Authorised Service Centre at Pandan Loop, featuring AMG and Maybach workshops, the Body and Paint Centre with the Daisy Wheel for precise paint mixing and Xentry diagnostic bays.
