This Is The Most Driver-Focused Bentley Ever

Bentley has revived the Supersports badge for the fourth time, marking its most focused and lightweight Continental GT ever. This new model is rear-wheel drive, two-seat only and weighs under two tonnes. That’s a major shift from Bentley’s usual grand-tourer setup.

Power comes from a strengthened 666 PS, 800 Nm twin-turbo 4.0-litre V8, paired with a retuned 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox for sharper shifts. The car remains pure internal combustion, without hybrid assistance.

A full titanium Akrapovič exhaust gives the V8 a louder, more characterful tone. Performance is strong: 0–100 km/h in 3.7 seconds, on to a top speed of 310 km/h. But the focus is on handling. With carbon-ceramic brakes, 22-inch Manthey forged wheels and optional Pirelli Trofeo RS tyres, the car corners up to 30% faster than a GT Speed, achieving 1.3g of lateral grip.

The aero package is the most aggressive ever fitted to a Bentley: a huge front splitter, stacked dive planes, side sills, fender blades, a large rear diffuser, and a fixed rear wing. Together, they produce 300+ kg more downforce than a GT Speed. A carbonfibre roof, removal of the rear seats, reduced insulation and the deletion of certain driver aids contribute to the brand’s biggest-ever weight reduction.

Inside, the Supersports has a purposeful, motorsport-influenced cabin with new lightweight sports seats, a carbonfibre rear tub and materials like leather, Dinamica and high-gloss carbonfibre. Customers can choose from single-tone, dual-tone or new tri-tone themes, plus extensive Mulliner custom options.

Only 500 units will be made, each individually numbered. The project began secretly in 2024 under the codename “Mildred”, honouring record-breaking racer Mildred Mary Petre. Unlike previous Supersports models, which chased maximum speed, this new generation prioritises driver engagement, weight savings and precision handling.

Orders open March 2026, production starts late 2026, and first deliveries are expected early 2027 across key global markets including the UK, Europe, USA, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand and Malaysia.
