To mark Singapore’s 60th year of independence and the 75th anniversary of the VW bus, Volkswagen Singapore has unveiled a limited-edition ID. Buzz 7-seater. This SG60 Edition features a Cherry Red Metallic exterior inspired by the national flag and a SG60 badge on the tailgate.
Blending retro design with modern electric performance, the ID. Buzz pays homage to Singapore’s journey and VW’s heritage. It’s a nod to the brand’s roots in Singapore dating back to the 1950s, when the iconic Kombi was a familiar sight on local roads.
The ID. Buzz 7-seater combines retro appeal with modern electric technology, featuring an 86kWh battery that offers up to 487km of range (WLTP) and fast-charging capability that takes it from 10% to 80% in 26 minutes at up to 200kW.
The ID. Buzz features a spacious, light-filled interior with VW’s largest panoramic sunroof and seven-seat configuration, ideal for family and group travel - confirmed by our JB trip earlier this year. Exterior highlights include sleek 20-inch ‘Stockton’ alloy wheels, IQ.Light matrix LED headlights, electric sliding doors and its iconic “smiling face” front design.
