Winners of the Audi quattro Cup 2009 Singapore
Husband and wife team, Mr. Henry Lim Au Phuang and Ms. Michelle Cer Boon Ngew, won the Audi quattro Cup Golf Tournament Series 2009 Singapore.
They beat close to 200 participants and played a superb game against runners-up Mr. Mike Wong and Mr. Yeow Chee Seng to emerge tops at the finals held on September 23 at the Sentosa Golf Club.
The winners, both seasoned golfers excelled on Greensome Stableford scoring 42 points and managed to bogey all holes on the Serapong course in the sweltering heat.
Henry and Michelle will represent Singapore in the World Final on 14 -18, December 2009 on an all expenses paid trip. The duo will get to play on the spectacular Botany Bay links course and the New South Wales Gold course which is home to the Australian Open 2009.
Established in 1991, the Audi quattro Cup is one of the world's biggest amateur golf tournaments. Last year, over 86,000 amateur golfers competed in over 750 tournaments in 52 countries.
