ZipZap offers a flexible, personalised alternative to traditional car ownership through an all-inclusive monthly subscription. Subscribers get access to a dedicated car with insurance, maintenance and road tax covered, avoiding large down payments, COE price fluctuations and maintenance expenses.

What is the minimum lease duration, and what cars can I choose?

It features a curated selection of cars (starting fleet includes the Suzuki Swift, Honda HR-V, BMW X2 and Hyundai Kona) and lease terms starting at six months, with plans customised to fit individual driving needs and budgets.

ZipZap offers personalized support, including financial consultations, to help users select the best car and subscription plan. Subscribers get a dedicated car, a single all-inclusive monthly fee covering insurance, maintenance, road tax and perks like doorstep delivery and fuel discounts. Plus, they receive a replacement car during maintenance to avoid any downtime.

Will there be any affiliation with GetGo?

ZipZap, created by the GetGo team, aims to make mobility accessible and sustainable but targets different user needs. While GetGo focuses on short-term, on-demand car rentals, ZipZap offers longer-term dedicated car subscriptions. Drawing on GetGo’s experience, ZipZap will launch a beta “Subscribe & Share” feature that lets subscribers share their cars on GetGo’s platform to help offset subscription costs.
