The All New Lexus GS has certainly been a hit with the local crowd. Borneo Motors – the official distributors for
Lexus in Singapore – received more than 200 pre-orders and bookings for the newly launched car with many
more interested enquiries during the opening weekend alone.

“We are delighted to announce the excellent sales figures for the new Lexus GS. We were always confident
about the quality and excellence of the new GS, with its bold and dynamic exterior design and its ability to
deliver a remarkable and exhilarating driving experience for both drivers and passengers. The excellent
response and positive feedback we have received for the new GS is best proof of our confidence in the model
range. With the new Lexus GS opening a new chapter for the Lexus brand, it also provides an intriguing peek in
the future Lexus cars to follow.” said Mr Koh Ching Hong, Managing Director, Borneo Motors (Singapore) Pte
Ltd.

The All New Lexus GS incorporates the new face of the Lexus brand with the signature spindle grill and Lexus’
unique L-finesse design philosophy giving the car a powerful and commanding road presence. These
aesthetical cues, alongside major enhancements in driving performance, automotive technology and luxurious
comforts, will elevate Lexus to a new level in its distinguished history of producing industry leading premium
automobiles.

To mark the launch of this significant model, the GS Studio – a specially-dedicated showroom at 19 Leng Kee
Road, was designed and constructed to provide customers with an in-depth, experiential journey to discover
the unique and salient points about the new Lexus GS. Called the GS Sensory Experience, this customer
service experience is an industry first and is the perfect example of the world-class bespoke hospitality service
and experience that the Lexus brand strives to achieve.

THE GS STUDIO

During the tour, visitors will be ushered into various rooms for a remarkable sensory experience of the new GS
as they are encouraged to see, touch and experience the new GS for themselves. Visitors will first be ushered
into a Mark Levinson room, specially built to showcase to visitors the excellent sound quality of the Mark
Levinson Green EdgeTM Technology system available in the new Lexus GS. Visitors will next be invited to
experience the new GS in a dark room that allows them to literally see the GS in a new light. The dark room has
been specially constructed to allow visitors to see the unique and innovative lighting features of the new GS,
such as the unmistakable daytime running lights and tail lamps of the car, and the interior’s soft white ambient
lighting that adds a touch of refinement and sophistication for its driver and passengers. The public will be able
to experience the GS sensory experience at the GS Studio from now till end May.

With the new GS model embarking the Lexus brand to a new chapter in its history, Mr Klaus Redomske,
Marketing Director, Borneo Motors (Singapore) Pte Ltd, believes that the new GS Studio is crucial to the
significance of this model range and the premium image that Lexus is widely regarded for. He said: “At Lexus
we strive for automotive excellence in our cars and world-class service standards for our customers. To launch
the new GS, we decided to build a specially designed GS Studio because it provides us a platform to showcase
the special and unique features of the car, allowing the public to get their own personal in-depth experience.
We want the public to experience the level of luxury, quality and innovation that Lexus is trying to achieve for
the new GS and at the same time to showcase our world-class bespoke hospitality service and experience.”

The new Lexus GS is built to exceed expectations for its driver and passengers. The new GS incorporates the
new face of the Lexus brand with the signature spindle grill giving the car a commanding road presence. The
sporty looks of the new GS is matched by the car’s driving performance which incorporates a high level of
precision handling and driving dynamics which will deliver an exhilarating and rewarding drive. Occupants of
