5-Star Euro NCAP Safety Rating For Zeekr 7X
It’s the highest possible in one of the world’s most respected consumer safety assessments.
The manner in which cars are assessed in terms of safety standards has always been a touchy subject. But when it comes to Euro NCAP, it proves reassuring for sure, given that lives are at stake. Zeekr’s 7X has been “torture tested”, ahead of its launch here in Singapore some time in Q3 this year.
All Zeekr models available in Europe now hold a 5-star Euro NCAP safety rating, including the new Zeekr 7X. This follows the 2024 recognition of the Zeekr 001 and Zeekr X, with the latter also earning Best in Class for Small SUV and Pure Electric Vehicles.
Built on the advanced SEA modular architecture, the Zeekr 7X features high-strength materials and a unique single-piece rear aluminium casting, enhancing body stiffness and occupant protection.
The Zeekr 7X includes a unique safety feature: a mechanical window breaker that activates via a toggle under the driver’s armrest. It shatters the glass without using electricity, providing a reliable escape option if the vehicle is submerged in water.
