The new Insight, which will make its European debut at the show, has been designed to offer a practical five-seat family car at an affordable price with excellent fuel economy and low CO2 and other emissions. The car bolsters Honda’s hybrid line up and performs impressively against economical and environmental guidelines.

During the press days on 3-4 March, ASIMO was joined on stage by Yasunari Seki, the leader of Honda Insight’s development team who explained the concept behind the new Insight. ASIMO also took part in a photo shoot with Yasunari Seki during the show (picture attached).

For the visitors of Geneva Motor Show, ASIMO illustrates Honda’s dedication to innovative and cutting edge research through 54 public performances on a vast, purpose-built stage. Each demonstration, lasting 15 minutes, will provide the estimated 700,000 visitors to the international motor show with an opportunity to see Honda's latest advances in the field of humanoid robotics. This will include ASIMO's ability to run, climb stairs, give and receive objects and interact with people.

ASIMO will spend 13 days at the Geneva Motor Show which is now in its 79th year.
