Aston Martin Confirms Its Fastest Accelerating Car
The new Aston Martin V12 Vantage S was yesterday confirmed as the brand's fastest accelerating production car to date, with the exception of the limited edition and sold out One-77 hypercar. The V12 Vantage S takes just 3.7 seconds to sprint from 0-60 mph(0-100km/h). It underlines its position as the fastest accelerating production car and the most potent Vantage in Aston Martin's 100-year history.
It features a new 573 PS AM28 6.0 litre V12 engine, with the latest generation engine management, enabling it to reach 205 mph which makes it the fastest sports car to wear the Aston Martin wings. The V12 Vantage S is as flexible as it is powerful with 620Nm of torque available at 5,750 rpm.
