BMW i7 “Singapore Icons” Has 7 Key Landmarks Inlaid On The Dashboard
It’s created in homage to SG60 and BMW Asia’s 40th anniversary.

We’ve seen teaser images of this one of one creation earlier this month, and now’s the time for the full unveiling of the BMW i7 “Singapore Icons”, less than a month away from Singapore’s big 60.

It’s not your regular red paintwork…
Madeira Red is a dark red metallic paint from Rolls-Royce, offered through BMW Individual. And speaking of Rolls, they did reveal something special to commemorate SG50.

Featuring rich wine and cherry-black tones with a pearlescent effect, it shifts in appearance under different lighting. The BMW i7 Singapore Icons is the first and only model in Singapore to feature this exclusive colour.

It’s a BMW through and through
The Singapore Icons logo is laser-etched onto the Hofmeister kink of the BMW i7. This placement pays homage to the Hofmeister kink’s heritage, a signature BMW design element since the 1960s.

21-inchers with diamond-cut finish
Designed by BMW Individual, the 20-spoke wheels feature a bi-colour, diamond-cut finish. Their design and detailed fabrication reflect the model’s bespoke craftsmanship and understated elegance.

Doing Singapore proud
The dashboard features a metallic inlay showcasing seven iconic Singapore landmarks: Changi Control Tower, Gardens by the Bay Supertree Grove, Singapore Flyer, Marina Bay Sands, Anderson Bridge, Merlion Statue and the ArtScience Museum. Laser-cut from a single 25.7 cm-wide metal piece thinner than 1mm, the artwork is integrated into oak grey metallic wood and finished with a clear lacquer.
