Chevrolet has further strengthened its fleet and user-chooser offering with the launch of the practical seven-seat Orlando MPV offering class-leading value for money in a stylish design.

Available with a 1.8-litre petrol engine or two new powerful diesel derivatives and in three trim levels, the Orlando is priced from £16,395 on-the-road. With generous equipment levels across the range, this value-for-money is backed up by highly competitive running costs both at the pump and for tax returns.

Mated with a six-speed manual gearbox as standard, the Orlando’s diesel-engined models offer a combined mpg figure of 47.1mpg with CO2 emissions of 159 g/km, meaning an annual road tax bill at current rates of £150.00. The 141PS 1.8-litre petrol-engined models offer fleets attractive P11D payments from just £740.14 per year, while the 2.0 VCDi diesel models offer payments of £802.01. P11D payments remain low across the range – particularly for the diesel models; the mid-range 2.0 LT VCDi models offer payments of £848.01 and the top-of-the-range LTZ 2.0 VCDi (with exec pack) just £1,011.31.

The Orlando also benefits from best-in-class insurance group ratings and no other seven-seat MPV can match the 1.8-litre petrol model’s 10E T1 classification.

Standard equipment for the Orlando is generous across the range. All models have Electronic Stability Control (ESC), air conditioning, electric windows and mirrors, six airbags and three 12v power sockets. Highlights of the mid-priced LT trim level include rear parking sensors, climate control and an upgraded stereo while the range topping LTZ includes 17-inch alloys, automatic headlights and windscreen wipers and power-folding door mirrors.

For ultimate luxury, the 163PS diesel-engined LTZ can be further specified with an automatic gearbox and Executive Pack which adds a full leather interior with heated front seats, sat-nav and 18-inch alloys.
