The biggest increases were in Cat B and the Open cat. The latter ended up at $27,590 - the highest since mid decade. Cat B prices shot up to $26,389 after closing at $23,889 in the last round.
Thankfully, COEs for smaller car rose just marginally to end up at $20,802, up just a couple of hundred dollars from previously. Industry sources attributed the rise in prices to the expected cut in COE quota in the coming months.
