COE Premiums End Mixed In Second Bidding Exercise Of November 2022

Certificate of Entitlement (COE) premiums closed higher in categories A and C in the latest bidding exercise on Wednesday (23 November).

The latest premium for Category A cars, or those 1,600cc and below with horsepower not exceeding 130bhp closed at S$90,589, an increase of S$3,354.

Premiums for large cars in Category B (above 1,600cc or 97kW) ended lower at S$113,881, a decrease of S$1,507 from the previous tender.

COEs for commercial vehicles, including goods vehicles and buses, increased by S$5,500 to S$81,802.

In the motorcycle category, premiums went down by S$600, to S$12,589.

In the open category (Category E), which can be used for any type of vehicles but often end up being used for big cars, premiums decreased by S$2,568, to S$114,009.
