COE Prices Dip A Little During Second August COE Bidding Exercise

Certificates of Entitlements (COEs) this week are down, though they remain stable, and we do not foresee any major adjustments in the next few months. Category A and B COEs end approximately $2,000 lower. A great time for those who want to renew their car’s COE.
