Local News: COE prices fall slightly
Prices for passenger car COEs dip slightly for the first bidding exercise of November that ended today.

Prices for Category A (for cars below 1600cc) COEs dropped the most, falling from $18,899 to close at $16,747.
COE prices for large cars (Cat B dropped to $18,389 after closing $19,510 a fortnight ago while open cat COEs, mostly used for cars fell by $510 to end at $19,000 flat.
