Local News: COE Results for May Round 1
The first round of May’s Certificate of Entitlement (COE) bidding is out.

In the first round of COE bidding for May, Cat A and the Open Category COE went up, while the rest dropped. Prices remained relatively stable with the biggest change being in the Cat C COE, with a drop of $2,011 to $21,889.
The biggest increase was in Cat A, which rose by $790 to $44,790, whereas Open Category COE rose $489 to $56,490.
Cat B COE dropped $790 to $56,011. The quota for this round was 1557, excluding the motorcycle category.
