Stuttgart Auto has set a new record with total sales of 403 vehicles. A 40% increase in comparison to 2009.
2010 has been an exciting year for Stuttgart Auto Pte Ltd, Porsche Centre Singapore. Based on the year end closing figures taken from the 1 January to 31 December 2010, Stuttgart Auto has set a new record with total sales of 403 vehicles. A 40% increase in comparison to 2009.
The sales figures are attributed to the new Cayenne model range. Despite a phasing-out period for the previous generation, 72 units were delivered to customers in Singapore. The Panamera also showed a powerful performance with 170 cars delivered in 2010.
Despite the challenging conditions facing the sports car market worldwide, Stuttgart Auto has successfully showed once again that the sports car segment is growing in Singapore. Top of the line 911 derivates such as 911 Turbo and Turbo S contributed to the sales increase of 911, bringing total 911 sales to 108 vehicles in 2010, whereas the Boxster and Cayman model range totalled up to 53 vehicles.
“We are pleased to announce the excellent sales results achieved by Stuttgart Auto in 2010. The figures underscore our belief and confidence in our Porsche vehicle line-up. Governed by the Porsche Intelligence Performance philosophy, every Porsche model offers exceptional performance, guaranteed through the brand’s deep-seated roots in motorsports. However what is remarkable is that this supreme performance comes through a greater efficiency allowing Porsche to create the everyday sports car by seamlessly merging form with function and performance.” said Mr Karsono Kwee, Executive Chairman of Stuttgart Auto Pte Ltd.
