MG, IM Motors Get Much Bigger Aftersales Hub In Singapore
New Tanjong Penjuru facility triples servicing capacity and adds dedicated EV bays, faster servicing and an upgraded customer lounge.
MG and IM Motors owners in Singapore now have a much larger place to get their cars serviced.
Eurokars EV has officially opened a new combined MG and IM Motors aftersales centre at Tanjong Penjuru. The facility has three times the servicing capacity of the previous setup, aimed at cutting waiting times and speeding up vehicle turnaround.
The workshop has dedicated EV bays, specialised diagnostic equipment, additional intake and delivery bays, new technician workstations and a central control centre.
Selected servicing packages can also be completed through a new One-Hour Quick Service option. More appointment slots and greater walk-in flexibility are also part of the expansion.
Owners waiting for their cars get a revamped lounge with four workstations, expanded seating, free drinks and refreshments, plus a shuttle service to Jurong East MRT Station. There’s even complimentary foot reflexology provided by SAVH.
The centre will also host an MG and IM Motors Owners Open House on 22 August, from 10am to 4pm. Visitors can tour the workshop, learn more about EV servicing, enjoy family activities and check out exclusive owner promotions.
A limited selection of MG and IM Motors display cars will also be available at special event prices, while stocks last.
