MINI launches in Vietnam As Its First showroom opens in Hanoi

MINI Asia has appointed Europe Automobiles Corporation(Euro Auto) as its first authorized importer in Vietnam. The new MINI showroom is located along one of the busiest streets along central Hanoi. “MINI is thrilled to be entering Vietnam for the first time. Spanning across 337.83 sqm, the new MINI showroom can display up to 7 MINI cars and comes with a dedicated MINI Lifestyle and Accessories corner. Its unique design is poised to evoke a feeling of “home” while keeping to its modern and premium look, thereby making it a great place for trend-conscious Vietnamese urbanites to hang out. To support customers overcome Hanoi’s traffic condition when getting difficulty in seeking parking lot at Hanoi downtown, a unique valet service is set to serve MINI customer all the times via a hotline, 24/24 even on public holidays. Valet parking staffs will pick up the MINI car soon after receiving the call and will deliver the car back where required.

After sales servicing and maintenance, meanwhile, will be shared with the BMW Long Bien Showroom. Located about 3.5km from the MINI showroom, the BMW Long Bien Showroom offers full-fledge 4S capabilities and has up to 20 work-bays that can service approximately 1,000 cars per month. It further comes with a dedicated spare parts division and integrated service information centre.
