The Laguna was first marketed in January 1994. Since then, over 2.3 million cars from generations one and two have been sold.

Manufactured at the Sandouville plant in France, the new Laguna is paving the way for Renault’s return to the large sedan segment. Promising impeccable handling, class-leading safety, comfort, practicality and respectable performance in one package, the new Laguna has also been designed to be robust and reliable - after some 6-million kilometers of extensive testing over a variety of conditions.

It delivers a healthy 170 horses and 270Nm worth of torque all thanks to the 16-valve turbocharged, 2.0-litre petrol engine that's mated to a 6-speed Proactive automatic transmission. Century sprint is done in 9.2 seconds.

The new Renault Laguna retails for $99,800, COE included.
