Peugeot is working to launch a new SUV sometime late next year.

This picture shows how the new Peugeot 3008 SUV is suppose to look like when it will be revealed next year.
This tough-looking model with the looks of the 308 RC Z coupe, will go head-on with rivals such as Nissan’s Qashqai and the Volkswagen Tiguan.
As its name suggests, the 3008 will join the range below the Mitsubishi-derived 4007 and will have options for front or all wheel drive powered by a 1.6 litre turbocharged petrol engine or a choice of a 1.6 and 2.0 litre diesel engine.
Expect this solid chunk of an SUV to go on sale in early 2010.
