Porsche 911 Spirit 70 Slots Modern Tech In A Retro Package

Porsche introduced the 911 Spirit 70 in late April, a special edition convertible limited to 1,500 units, celebrating the style of the 1970s and early 1980s. And now we have a chance to view it up close at Porsche Studio Singapore.

Part of the Heritage Design strategy, it features the exclusive Olive Neo exterior, retro-inspired graphics and the iconic Pasha interior pattern.

Technically based on the 911 Carrera GTS Cabriolet, it incorporates a 3.6-litre boxer engine with a hybrid system, including an eTurbo and an electric motor integrated into the PDK transmission. Together, they deliver a total output of 541 hp and 610Nm.

Porsche's Heritage Design models focus on lifestyle-oriented, emotionally rich concepts. The first was the 911 Targa 4S Heritage Design Edition (2020), inspired by the 1950s and early 1960s, followed by the 911 Sport Classic (2022), which reflected the 1960s and early 1970s and was limited to 1,250 units.

The new 911 Spirit 70 continues this series and supports Porsche's goal to expand customisation options. With over 1,000 Porsche Exclusive Manufaktur features available and demand doubling over the past five years, Porsche plans to grow this program. The Porsche 911 Spirit 70 debuts in a custom Olive Neo green. A black soft top and windscreen frame enhance its bold look. Black silk-gloss stripes on the bonnet and roof are inspired by 1970s safety decals, while side graphics with Porsche lettering and a customisable number field highlight its racing heritage.

The interior showcases the iconic Pasha pattern in black and Olive Neo with a chequered flag design. Made with modern flock yarns, it offers improved comfort and a sportier look.

The pattern appears on the seat centres, door mirrors, glove compartment and optionally on the dashboard and seat backs. Basalt black club leather with Olive Neo stitching and a matching interior package are standard, along with a reversible boot mat in the Pasha design.
