Rolls-Royce Showcases Bespoke Highlights And Innovations From 2025
Strong year-on-year growth in luxury lifestyle accessory commissions, alongside a £300m+ site expansion to support rising Bespoke and Coachbuild demand.

2025 was a landmark year for Rolls-Royce Bespoke, driven by strong growth, new craft techniques and a more collaborative commissioning process. It was the first full year of operation for the marque’s expanded global Private Office network in Dubai, Seoul, Shanghai and New York, alongside Goodwood. These spaces more than doubled Private Office commissions year-on-year and led to the introduction of new materials, methods and creative possibilities.

Bespoke craftsmanship moved into new territory, with embroidery, marquetry and printing developed into three-dimensional, sculptural forms. Rolls-Royce introduced self-supporting 3D embroidery, layered 3D ink printing and advanced 3D marquetry, alongside new materials such as 24-carat gold leaf, polished concrete and a patented interior fragrance. Traditional elements also evolved, including the brand’s first fully hand-painted Starlight Headliner.

The centrepiece of the year was the Phantom Centenary Private Collection, created to mark 100 years of the Phantom nameplate. Limited to 25 cars and developed over three years with more than 40,000 hours of work, it is the most complex Private Collection Rolls-Royce has produced. Each car features a bespoke two-tone finish with a champagne-infused clear coat, a solid gold Spirit of Ecstasy and an interior that chronicles Phantom’s history through metalwork, embroidery, wood marquetry and a highly detailed Starlight Headliner.
In total, Rolls-Royce created 5,664 Bespoke motor cars in 2025. Many commissions reflected personal stories, family milestones and long-held ambitions, while others drew inspiration from nature, space, art, architecture, gaming culture and heritage symbolism.

Bespoke also expanded beyond motor cars. Demand for lifestyle pieces rose, with tabletop commissions increasing by 13% year-on-year. New offerings included the Black Badge Rolls-Royce Cameo sculpture and the debut of the Rolls-Royce Chess Set, a hand-crafted, fully customisable collector’s piece. Further board game creations are planned for 2026.

To support future growth, Rolls-Royce continued work on its £300m+ expansion at Goodwood. The new facilities will strengthen Bespoke and Coachbuild operations, with initial technologies moving in during 2026 and full completion expected before the end of the decade.
