From now till 12 June, Roughroads at Guoco Midtown Square will captivate visitors with an idyllic 'glamping' experience. This downtown urban setting will feature outdoor-themed dining spaces, offering a retreat from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Porsche's Cayenne and 911 Dakar will be the highlights of the Roughroads showcase. The Cayenne will feature the latest Roof Tent from Tequipment, while the 911 Dakar, displayed with the iconic Rally Design Package, will be shown in Singapore for the first time.

What's the significance of a 911 at a Porsche offroading showcase?

The iconic Porsche 911 made its mark in rallying, finishing fifth in the 1965 Rallye Monte Carlo shortly after its debut. It went on to secure three wins in 1968, 1969 and 1970. In 1984, a specially modified Carrera 3.2 triumphed in the 11,000km Paris-Dakar rally, marking the first overall win for a low-slung sports car.
