Based on our understanding from Rotary News, a Japanese magazine has ‘scooped’ Mazda’s plan for the upcoming Tokyo Motor Show, of which the new coupe from Mazda will feature a new and enlarged rotary engine, dubbed the RENESIS II. Now, this is what truly excites us. If you think the RENESIS engine is sweet, this larger engine is bound to make you diabetic.

If this news proves to be true, the Mazda Rotary Coupe concept; said to bear striking resemblance with Mazda’s Kabura design styling, will be Mazda’s ultimate zoom-zoom sports car.

We live in fairly exciting times, don’t we?
