Toyota's Latest RAV4 Brings Hybrid Efficiency, More Tech And Added Practicality
With 215 hp on tap, 19.6 km/l efficiency and Toyota Safety Sense 4.0, it targets families seeking efficiency without sacrificing practicality.

Toyota has introduced the all-new RAV4 in Singapore, further expanding its range of electrified models.

Powered by Toyota's fifth-generation hybrid system, the front-wheel-drive SUV combines a 2.5-litre petrol engine with an electric motor to deliver 215 hp. Fuel consumption is rated at 19.6 km/l, while 0-100 km/h takes 8.0 seconds.

The new RAV4 is also the first Toyota model in Singapore to feature Toyota Safety Sense 4.0. The updated suite includes enhancements to the Pre-Collision System, Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, Lane Tracing Assist, Safe Exit Assist and Parking Support Brake.

Inside, the SUV gains a larger technology package with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster, Head-Up Display and a 10.5-inch infotainment touchscreen supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Heated and ventilated front seats, dual wireless chargers and a new Straight Shift-by-Wire gear selector further enhance day-to-day usability.

Practicality remains a core part of the package, with up to 749 litres of luggage space and a cabin designed to accommodate both daily commuting and family duties.
For buyers who aren't quite ready to embrace a full EV, the RAV4 strikes a convincing balance. It offers the efficiency gains of electrification without the need to plug in, wrapped in a functional form factor carrying the Toyota badge that many motorists continue to associate with dependable, fuss-free ownership.
