Honda Insight Hybrid 1.3 Review: An Insight to behold
Honda returns to the hybrid car segment with its vastly updated Insight. With that, can it do as well as its Civic Hybrid counterpart? We sampled the car in Osaka, to find out just how interesting can it be this time around...

I suppose this car works best in town for zipping through traffic jams, while your other car is an S2000, MX-5 or a Skyline GTR.
Fantasy aside, my test drive with the car returned a consumption of about 19km/litre, which is rather high for such a car. But do bear in mind I took 30% of the drive around Rokko Mountain, with those Initial D like roads. Now, if I were to drive this car in its proper nature, I'm very sure it would return a better fuel consumption than what was stated.
True, its rear headroom can be a problem for big sized people - but I believe it's best suited for Asians in mind.
Nevertheless, the Insight's wonderful handling and good economy means one thing - this will be the car I'd love to own just to commute between work, home and shopping. The futuristic interior and funky exterior is a bonus...
