DS Limited Editions for The 60th Anniversary Of The Original DS
The DS brand is to release a series of ‘1955’ limited editions across the range (DS 3, DS 3 Cabrio, DS 4 and the new DS 5) to mark the 60th anniversary of the very first DS. These new models will be available at dealers worldwide towards the end of June and the cars will be shown during DS WEEK in Paris. DS Week is a dedicated event for the 60th anniversary, which runs from 19 to 24 May 2015.
The very first DS, which appeared at the 1955 Paris Motor Show, became a legend in its own time and was a major milestone in 20th Century automotive history. Sixty years on, the DS brand has been founded to continue the revolutionary spirit of this mythical car and to renew the tradition of French premium vehicles.
To celebrate the 60th anniversary of the very first DS, a series of limited editions will be launched across the whole of the DS product line-up: DS 3, DS 3 Cabrio, DS 4 and New DS 5. The new models will be built in limited quantities for all markets (1955 for DS 3 & DS 3 Cabrio, 955 for DS 4 & 955 for New DS 5). These limited editions will be on display during DS Week at the Tuileries Garden in Paris.
