Singapore, December 2017 – Komoco Motors Pte Ltd, the sole distributor of Hyundai vehicles in Singapore, will be sending 31 lucky Hyundai carbuyers to watch the FIFA World Cup in Russia next year.

In keeping with the Hyundai Motor Company’s top-tier partnership of the FIFA World Cup since 2002 in Korea/Japan, Komoco Motors is holding a lucky draw yet again to give its customers a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to witness “The Beautiful Game” at its very best.

What’s more, in a departure from the norm, where Komoco’s previous World Cup free trips took in at least one first-round league game which somehow proved inconsequential, this time around the lucky winners will see three do-or-die knockout matches.

In selecting so, the Russian venues that fell nicely into place will be three of the most attractive host cities of the 2018 World Cup – Moscow, St Petersburg and Kazan.

It will be an all-inclusive holiday from 1st July 2018 to 12th July 2018, with free hotel accommodation, match tickets, sightseeing tours, selected meals at fine restaurants and, of course, free return air passage.

The thrillers selected are: Match 56 (Round-Of-16) at Spartak Stadium, Moscow, on 3rd July; Match 58 (Quarter-Final) at Kazan Arena on 6th July; and Match 61 (Semi-Final) at St Petersburg Stadium on 10th July.

To be a winner in this World Cup 2018 Sales campaign, it is a simple, straightforward case of “Buy a Hyundai car, get one Lucky Draw coupon” during the promotion period from today until 27th April 2018.

There will be five monthly draws to pick six winners each for the total of 30 winners – on 29th December 2017, 31st January 2018, 28th February 2018, 30th March 2018 and 27th April 2018. All undrawn coupons from the first draw onwards will be snowballed until the last one on 27th April 2018

At the same time, Komoco’s After Sales division will pick the 31st winner in a Service promotion from 18th December 2017 to 26th April 2018. The catch: Spend a minimum of $50 on a single receipt at the Komoco Service Centre, and get one lucky draw coupon. The Grand Draw is on 27th April 2018.

Apart from the two-pronged free-trip promotion, a slew of World Cup memorabilia will be given away in test-drives, service packages, Facebook and Instagram engagement, and other promotions as the Word Cup frenzy rises.

On the cards are the official 2018 World Cup mascot, Zabivaka the wolf, in two plush toy sizes (18cm and 25 cm), the official replica Match Ball (adidas Telstar 18), Hyundai’s exclusive 2018 World Cup football in two sizes (1 and 5), key chains, coffee mugs, kids’ colour pencils and eco-bags.

This will be the fifth World Cup Lucky Draw that Komoco is conducting, having sent an average of 20 winners each to Korea-Japan 2002, Germany 2006, South Africa 2010 and Brazil 2014.

In all, it is a magnanimous gesture on the part of Komoco Motors to give its customers the rare chance of celebrating the planet’s most popular game at its zenith, the World Cup.
