GAC Opens Third Showroom In Singapore
New showroom at Paya Lebar Quarter rides on strong brand momentum and rising demand for electric cars.
GAC is continuing its expansion in Singapore with the opening of a new showroom at Paya Lebar Quarter (PLQ Mall) - the brand’s third local outlet in two years.
The expansion follows a strong 2025 for the Chinese EV brand, which recorded more than 1,103 vehicle sales and became Singapore’s second best-selling Chinese EV marque.
Located in one of Singapore’s busiest lifestyle hubs, the new showroom will display key models including the AION V SUV and the recently launched AION UT hatchback, which was Singapore’s top-selling hatchback in April.
VINCAR Group Deputy CEO Ernest Tan said the new outlet reflects GAC’s growing presence in Singapore as interest in EVs continues to rise.
The launch also comes as Singapore continues to expand its EV infrastructure, with plans for every HDB town to have at least one fast-charging hub by 2027.
To celebrate the opening weekend, GAC will offer promotions, giveaways and interactive activities, including launch discounts for the AION V and social media contests featuring weekend test drive experiences.
