GB: Bentley wins outside of Europe

Bentley will make their North American reveal of their Continental GT3-R at Pebble Beach this year. As the most dynamic and fastest-accelerating Bentley ever produced,it will be equipped with a reworked 4.0 litre V8 inspired by their race winning GT3 racer. The V8 has 572 bhp, and is wrapped in a shell that is 100 kg lighter than a regular Continental. The shell is then dressed in two-tone green graphics and it received new front splitter. It is paired with a fixed rear wing attached to the bootlid. Each GT3-R will be hand-built in Crewe, England, before the finishing touches are made by Bentley's motorsport department. 99 of the 300 that will be produced will be set aside for the US, with 4 more bound for Canada. Expect each car to cost around $337,000 USD, with American deliveries to begin in the first quarter of 2015.

 Bentley unveiled its vision of a more powerful and even more efficient future with the global debut of the Bentley Hybrid Concept at the Beijing International Automotive Show. The luxury car brand also presented three Chinese debuts at the Show – the new Flying Spur V8, the new Continental GT Speed and GT V8 S. The Bentley Hybrid Concept is based on the flagship model, the Mulsanne, showing that hybrid technology can enhance even the pinnacle of luxury and performance.  Copper is used as an exterior and interior styling element to highlight the car's electrical veins from accents to the radiator grille and headlamps to copper cross stitching throughout the car's elegant leather cabin.
