Local News: COE prices stay stable
There was no significant rise or fall in COE prices in November's second bidding exercise that ended today.

Cat A COE prices saw a slight rise of $442 to close at $17,189 while Cat B COE prices dipped $387 to end at just above the $18k mark. Open Category (Cat E) COEs fell $733 to finish at $18,267.
