The Certificate Of Entitlement (COE) Bidding Results for Round 2 of April continues to climb across all five categories. Category B prices have reached record high at $91,000 and could possibly continue to climb even more.

The Certificate Of Entitlement (COE) Bidding Results for Round 2 of April continues to climb across all five categories. Category B prices have reached record high at $91,000 and could possibly continue to climb even more.
The prices for the second round of the COE bidding exercise this month in comparison to last round’s are as follows. Cat A Prices are up by $5,700 (9.74%), Cat B by $7,300 (8.72%), Cat C by $3,600 (6.67%), Cat D by $28 (1.48%) and Cat E by $7,420 (8.77%).
Total quota for this round is 1,286 and this figure excludes goods vehicles (Cat C) and motorcycles (Cat D).
The final COE prices are as follows:
Cat A: $64,201
Cat B: $91,000
Cat C: $57,589
Cat D: $1,924
Cat E: $92,010
