It was a mixed bag of results for the final round of COE biddings for the year, with a slight reprieve for Cat A (cars 1600cc & below, and taxis); while Cat B (cars above 1600cc) continued skyrocketing.
A total of 755 bids were received for the 617 Cat A COEs available, with prices falling $1,475 to end at $46,129. Eight hundred and seventy-two bids were lodged for the 499 Cat B COEs on offer, with prices rising $9,499 to end at yet another high at $72,001.
