Local News: Tan Chong DUO Program Revamped

Tan Chong International Limited (TCIL) has revamped its DUO customer loyalty programme to incorporate all subsidiaries under the TCIL group of companies. These include Subaru, Nissan, Downtown car rental, Autolution and TC AutoClinic vehicle maintenance and repair services, Tan Chong Industrial Machinery and Wilby Residences apartment rental and sales.

Under the revised DUO initiative, members can redeem accumulated DUO Dollars to receive merchandise, servicing vouchers, apartment stays and discounts on new vehicle purchases from companies under the TCIL group, as well as enjoy special privileges and benefits from external participating merchants such as Cartimes, Angsana, Amici Group of Restaurant, TYAN Boutique, Marina Bay Golf Course, and JTB Singapore.

TCIL has also launched the new Maybank DUO Platinum MasterCard, where cardholders accumulate “tr’eats points”, which will be converted to DUO Dollars for purchases made with the card. Existing cardholders of the Maybank Subaru Platinum Card will automatically be converted to the new Maybank DUO Platinum Card, expanding the scope of rewards and benefits that current Subaru Maybank card holders enjoy.

All existing Tan Chong Customers can sign up and redeem points for the DUO Programme at http://www.duo.com.sg. Registration is free and also open to non-Nissan or Subaru owners who service their cars with any of TCIL’s vehicle maintenance and repair subsidiaries.
