The MINI Cooper is powered by a 1.6-litre normal-aspiration engine developing a maximum output of 120 hp. The MINI Cooper S comes with an even more powerful and dynamic 175HP TURBO.
The four-cylinder petrol engines form a brand-new range of power units developed from a clean sheet of paper. They boast a number of highly innovative features. The interior is brand-new, with an even bigger speedometer.
The chassis and suspension have been modified to match the new power units. MINI claims, and promotes the fact that the new Cooper/Cooper S will be further sharpened so that you get that "go-kart" feeling that characterises the modern MINI.
