Oneshift links with Facebook
Oneshift fans can look forward to a lightened keychain of passwords and usernames as Oneshift launches a new Facebook link-in function today.

The new function allows for easier access to the forums and the comments section for articles without the need for you to remember multiple passwords and usernames for login. Thus, if you are already on Facebook and you have Oneshift on another browser tab, you can post without logging into Oneshift again.
The function is activated by a button under the main task bar and it automatically links up both accounts. However, fans that do not yet possess Oneshift member accounts will be taken to a short sign up page where you may register for one. It’s a quick and fuss-free affair.
For those who are worried about privacy settings, Oneshift does not require more than email permission for Facebook access.
The new Oneshift link-in function abides by Facebook’s privacy settings. That means that your username and avatar will remain unchanged. Your Facebook profile picture will be shown at the right of the user toolbar as a confirmation that you have indeed linked both accounts together.
Oneshift also has plans to build on the link-in function to improve the user experience in the near future.
As with all other Oneshift articles and services, your feedback is invaluable and most definitely welcomed. Do drop us a comment or email should you experience any difficulties in linking up your accounts or signing up.
