Paul brings nearly 25 years of experience from within the BMW Group, holding significant roles in the United Kingdom and continental Europe. Most recently, he has undertaken a General Manager role in Northern Europe, an area that included Nordic, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and the Baltic States.

On his appointment, Paul said, “It is a real privilege to be working with the pinnacle brand in the Asia Pacific where we have a healthy order bank and outlook for both the Phantom family and the new Ghost models. I arrive at an important time for the region as we review and develop our business in what is predicted to become one of the fastest growing regions for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in the world. Even more importantly, our challenge will be to exceed the high expectations of our Asia Pacific customers.”

Paul will lead the business from the company’s Asia Pacific regional office in Singapore with support from teams in Beijing (led by General Manager for Greater China, Jenny Zheng) and Tokyo.

Recently, Brenda Pek was appointed General Manager, South and East Asia Pacific. Her career has spanned a number of regional marketing and communications roles throughout the Asia Pacific with leading multinational companies. She is responsible for the Rolls-Royce Motor Cars business in key markets such as Australia, India, Japan and South East Asia. Based in Singapore, she joined Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in 2007. Prior to her appointment, she was the Marketing and Events Manager for the Asia Pacific region.

Succeeding Brenda in her previous role is Dan Balmer, who was previously Product Manager for the new Ghost model. Dan has over 17 years of experience in the automotive industry. He brings with him extensive product knowledge of both Phantom and Ghost models, having worked in Product Management during their development. Dan will drive marketing and events initiatives across the Asia-Pacific.
