Use Cantonment Link to Cantonment Road. Turn left to Neil Road and use Kampong Bahru Road to Telok Blangah.
Slip road from Keppel Road to Keppel Flyover [AYE(Tuas)]-
1.00 am to 5.00 am
Use Cantonment Link to Cantonment Road. Turn left to Neil Road and use Jalan Bukit Merah Road/Lower Delta Road to AYE (Tuas).
Junction of Tuas West Drive and Tuas Link 4
12.30 am to 5.00 am

KPE (ECP) [Exit 1] to Sheares Ave
12.00 am to 5.00 am
Use Exit 2C to Sims Way and turn to Nicoll Highway towards city.
Nicoll Highway to KPE (TPE)
12.00 am to 5.00 am
Use Sims Ave to enter KPE(TPE).
Blackmore Drive
Permanently closed till 1st Jan 2015
Access to Blackmore Drive will be available via Old Holland Road or Wilby Road.
Slip road from East Coast Park Service Road to ECP (City) near Car Park F3
1.00 am to 5.00 am
Bypass the closure and turn left to car park H and turn left to the car park exit to ECP (City).
Slip road exit towards Merchant Road
12.00 am to 5.00 am
Motorists affected by this closure will be diverted to the next slip road towards Clemenceau Avenue.
