SG: Tree crushes car in Commonwealth

A tree that fell over crushed a cab and a car and injured two men in Commonwealth on Thursday night. The police received a distress call at around 9:50pm that night. The fallen tree blocked three lanes of the road near Block 96, Commonwealth Crescent. The cops arrived on scene to divert traffic. The men that were involved in the incident, a 60-year old man and another in his 50s, suffered from giddiness, and chest pains respectively. The driver of the car escaped unscathed.
