Zeekr 7X Makes History With Precision Drift World Record
It has earned a Guinness World Records title by drifting through the tightest gap ever completed by an electric car.
It isn't every day an SUV ends up in the Guinness World Records™ books, but that's exactly what the Zeekr 7X has done.
At Yas Marina Circuit, the electric SUV drifted through a gap with just 25cm of clearance, earning the title for the tightest gap ever passed through while drifting an electric car.
According to Zeekr, the 7X's combination of double wishbone front suspension, a responsive rear electric motor and the SEA platform delivered the precision and balance needed to pull off the record attempt.
The stunt was part of the brand's fifth anniversary celebrations. Since entering the market in 2021, Zeekr has delivered over 800,000 vehicles worldwide and continues to grow its global presence.
Over 200 guests, including owners, partners and media representatives, gathered at Yas Marina Circuit to witness the milestone and celebrate the brand's journey.
