What we like:
pros
Cheerful character
pros
affordable to run
What we dislike:
cons
Engine lacks poke
cons
not so affordable to buy these days

This is a car that you should take a look at, if you have a strict budget. Though the COE prices has gone up by quite a bit of late, the Picanto is going for just $52,999 with COE.

Despite its status as an entry-level model, the made-in-Korea Picanto with its improved interior quality puts it almost on par with the supermini offerings from both Japan and Europe. Just like the latest Kia models, you no longer feel that you are being forced to buy the Picanto because of your budget constraint - rather, you feel like you are getting more for your money.
