Buying guide after Nov Round 2 COE bidding

The record COE prices hasn’t deterred one carmaker though, with Volkswagen holding the new Touran launch event this weekend at their showroom in Alexandra Road. Volkswagen started pre-selling the new Touran last week at a price of $99,800 (inc. COE) and despite the significant rise in COE prices this week, limited units of the new Touran 1.4 TSI is still available at that price during the this weekend’s launch event.

With fewer cars being deregistered, we might be looking at a further rise in COE prices since supply is determined by the number of cars being taken off our roads.
